We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Blackbird Collective. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies that meet the specific needs of our clients
- Source and screen candidates for open positions, utilizing a range of recruitment channels and techniques
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing a positive and memorable experience that sets our clients apart from the competition
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our recruitment processes
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with a focus on recruitment and talent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
- Fluency in German, with a strong understanding of the local job market and recruitment landscape
