Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Recruiter to enhance our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, focusing primarily on the sales sector in Central Europe. This role is pivotal in driving the recruitment process to secure top-tier talent for our organization.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring strong collaboration with hiring managers and advocating for candidates. Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent. Develop diverse talent pipelines through tactical research, referral initiatives, events, and sourcing campaigns. Facilitate the offer process in partnership with hiring managers, Compensation, HR, and Orientation teams. Maintain a positive candidate experience by proactively managing the recruitment process and guiding hiring managers towards decisions. Keep precise records and documentation of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system. Conduct research projects and prepare recruitment reports as necessary. Leverage HR and Talent Acquisition systems to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, including time spent in a recruitment agency. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring top-tier enterprise sales professionals, with a keen ability to assess cultural and skill fit. Advanced skills in applicant tracking systems and internet search techniques, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, complex environment. Experience in coaching and collaborating with hiring managers and interviewers throughout the recruitment process. A strategic sourcing approach with the capability to tackle challenging requisitions. Excellent interviewing skills to evaluate both technical and cultural competencies. Solid understanding of the technology sector, including relevant skills and target companies. Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
