Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at dentolo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our mission of providing tailored insurance solutions for individual customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with our hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Recruitment Software: Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and French are required; German is a plus.
