Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager Global FP&A (f/m/d) to join our dynamic and international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the FP&A Business Partner for the STADA leadership team across various regions and markets.
- Conduct performance evaluations to uncover actionable insights and implement strategies for improvement, including price and cost optimization initiatives.
- Execute business simulations and scenario analyses to facilitate informed decision-making and evaluate risks and opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive documents and ad-hoc analyses for leadership and functional teams.
- Contribute to the development of financial models to support strategic planning and assess both internal and external performance metrics.
- Challenge existing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A through automation and innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of business operations to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Perform market and competitor analyses to identify additional growth avenues aligned with strategic objectives.
- Leverage your unique strengths to evolve into an expert role in specific areas such as Cash Flow, Net Working Capital, Capex, or M&A/investment tracking.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit, and Treasury departments.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in economics with a specialization in finance, controlling, or accounting.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling within a multinational corporation or a consulting firm.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Goods is advantageous, as is familiarity with private equity environments.
- Proven experience in engaging with top management in high-pressure settings.
- Strong business partnering skills, demonstrating the ability to balance facilitation and challenge effectively.
- A collaborative mindset with a transparent approach to teamwork.
- Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
