Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Operations Team at Doctolib. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for our new clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless transition of our partner practices to our digital booking management system, resulting in an increase in online bookings within the first few weeks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will implement marketing elements such as Google My Business and website buttons.
  • You will work closely with external webmasters to ensure the implementation of these elements, and also implement buttons independently.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service to our partner practices and their teams via phone and email.
  • You will oversee the installation of video consultations and train our partner practices on the use of the tool.
  • You will support our Project Management Team from the back office in administrative tasks.
  • You will set up the Google My Business profile for our new partner practices and ensure the linking between Doctolib and the practice website.
  • You will monitor the quality of onboarding for new partner practices based on predefined criteria (e.g. booking availability).

About You:

  • You are passionate about customer service and motivated to drive positive change in the healthcare industry through digitalization.
  • You possess a self-driven and solution-oriented work style, with excellent organizational skills.
  • You are flexible, engaged, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • You are fluent in German and have good English language skills, with excellent communication skills.
  • You are proficient in using a laptop and have a talent for working with and learning new software.
