Customer Onboarding Specialist

Doctolib is seeking a Customer Onboarding Consultant to join our Operations Team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for our new customers. Your primary goal will be to facilitate a seamless transition of practices to our digital booking management system and increase the rate of online bookings during the initial weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement marketing elements such as Google My Business and website buttons.
- Collaborate with external webmasters to ensure the implementation of these elements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to practitioners and their teams via phone and email.
- Install and train practitioners on video consultation tools.
- Support the Project Management Team with administrative tasks from the back office.
- Set up and manage Google My Business profiles for new partner practices and link them to the practice website.
- Monitor the quality of onboarding for new partner practices based on predefined criteria.
