Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers, guiding them through the transition to our digital booking system and supporting their growth during their initial weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance customer visibility and engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer support and guidance to practitioners and their teams
  • Collaborate with project managers to streamline administrative tasks and ensure efficient onboarding processes
  • Create and manage digital profiles for new partner practices, establishing strong online presence and links between Doctolib and practice websites
  • Evaluate the quality of onboarding for new partner practices based on predefined criteria

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to revolutionize the healthcare industry through digital innovation
  • Independent, solution-oriented work style with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility, dedication, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Native-level German with proficient English, and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with digital tools and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new programs
