Key Responsibilities

As the Team Lead for Data Engineering, you will oversee a team responsible for the architecture, development, and maintenance of our data infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading the data engineering team, focusing on their growth, productivity, and performance within the Data & Analytics division.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Data Engineering team.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the organization to ascertain their data requirements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions.
  • Formulating and implementing a strategic plan for the Data Engineering department that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Assessing and enhancing the technology stack for Data Engineering, identifying optimal tools and methodologies for data-driven decision-making.
  • Guiding the design and execution of data pipelines, ensuring adherence to data governance, quality, and security best practices.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Engineering, including at least 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in data integration, modeling, and warehousing.
  • A proven history of developing comprehensive data solutions that prioritize governance, quality, and security.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, with an ability to conceptualize the broader picture beyond technical specifics.
  • A strong sense of ownership and passion for working in an agile, predominantly remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
