Data Team Leader (w/m/d) Role

We are seeking a Data Team Leader, who may be a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or possess a blend of both skill sets. In this position, you will engage in a diverse range of responsibilities tailored to your expertise, including:

  • Interpreting and analyzing data to deliver actionable insights for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Developing, managing, and orchestrating data workflows for reporting, recommendation systems, and predictive models utilizing technologies such as Python and Airflow.
  • Addressing ad-hoc data inquiries from clients and internal teams, processing these requests collaboratively with your team.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Evaluating data from traffic analytics platforms to enhance marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Your Qualifications
  • Robust experience in data analysis, data engineering, or applied data science.
  • Proficient software engineering capabilities focused on constructing scalable and dependable data workflows.
  • Ability to convey intricate data insights and connect with non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to explore new technologies and a commitment to the continuous enhancement of data systems.
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Matomo.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an added advantage.
