Als Digital Guest Service Manager bei Homaris bist du zentraler Ansprechpartner für die weltweiten Guest Service Agents und unsere internen Teams. Du unterstützt das Guest Service Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben mit der Gästebetreuung und dem Betrieb unserer Apartments aus dem Hintergrund.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt das Guest Service Team bei der Gästebetreuung und dem Betrieb unserer Apartments
  • Du entwirfst neue Qualitätskonzepte und kontrollierst die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards in der Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen
  • Du vertrittst unsere Teamleitung Guest Service bei ihrer Abwesenheit und überblickst das Team
  • Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für die Agents bei Second Level Support Anfragen
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Dienstplangestaltung der Agents und der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter im Guest Service
  • Du stehst im engen Austausch und Abstimmung mit anderen internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Du pflegst das Property Management System Guesty und erstellst neue Inserate für unsere Apartments
Dein Profil
  • Du hast Berufserfahrung als Reservierungsmitarbeiter, Reservation Agent / Manager, Call Center Agent, Rezeptionist oder in einer serviceorientierten Branche
  • Idealerweise hast du erste Führungserfahrungen und ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder ggf. eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich Touristik, Hotellerie oder Kommunikation
  • Du hast einen starken Dienstleistungsgedanken und störst dich nicht daran, zu verschiedenen Tageszeiten und in geregelten Abständen auch am Wochenende in Bereitschaft zu sein
  • Du kannst gut organisieren und koordinieren und hast eine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, tust dich leicht im Umgang mit verschieden Persönlichkeiten und kannst deine Standpunkte, Ideen, Lösungen etc. leicht vermitteln
  • Du kommst gut mit Software und digitalen Lösungen in der alltäglichen Nutzung klar
  • Du beherrscht Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (C1) fließend in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast sehr solide Kenntnisse vom MS Office Paket und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Buchungsplattformen und dem Property Management Systemen Apaleo und Guesty
