Our establishment features a variety of accommodations, a stylish restaurant and bar, a coffee shop, and unique meeting spaces designed for both leisure and business travelers.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will take charge of the Front Office department, ensuring a naturally warm and responsive service for all guests.

Key Responsibilities...

Crafting unforgettable experiences that encourage guests to return. Leading and inspiring a dynamic team, setting clear objectives, and fostering an environment of growth and authenticity. Collaborating with Duty Managers to develop effective selling strategies and optimize occupancy rates. Managing departmental budgets and ensuring expenses align with financial guidelines. Training staff on Standard Operating Procedures and proactively seeking improvements in processes. Maintaining strong relationships with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Participating in crisis management and fire safety teams, fully understanding related protocols. Delivering exceptional customer service to both guests and internal stakeholders, building lasting partnerships with suppliers. Assisting the sales and marketing team with property tours and showcasing hotel amenities. Qualifications

Desired Qualifications...

Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences, whether for overnight stays or casual visits. Previous experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Manager with a strong background in Front Office operations. Familiarity with property management systems, preferably Micros Fidelio Opera. Knowledge of health and safety practices. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, to support operational needs. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on creating a supportive team environment. A commitment to individuality and authenticity in the workplace.
