About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Dorint Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process guest payments and handle cash handling duties
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Participate in shift meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve guest satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
