Als Guest Service Supervisor bei Homaris Service GmbH bist du zentraler Ansprechpartner für die weltweiten Guest Service Agents und unsere internen Teams. Du unterstützt das Team bei den täglichen Aufgaben und entwickelst neue Qualitätskonzepte.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Guest Service Teams bei der Gästebetreuung und dem Betrieb unserer Apartments
  • Entwicklung neuer Qualitätskonzepte und Kontrolle der Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards
  • Vertretung der Teamleitung Guest Service bei Abwesenheit und Überblick über das Team
  • Ansprechpartner für Second Level Support Anfragen
  • Unterstützung bei der Dienstplangestaltung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Austausch und Abstimmung mit anderen internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Pflege des Property Management Systems Guesty und Erstellung neuer Inserate
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einer serviceorientierten Branche
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Touristik, Hotellerie oder Kommunikation
  • Starker Dienstleistungsgedanke und Flexibilität bei der Arbeitszeit
  • Organisatorische und koordinierende Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, sich leicht im Umgang mit verschiedenen Persönlichkeiten zu bewegen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse von MS Office und Buchungsplattformen
