Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen People- und HR Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Niederlassung in München. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams werden Sie sich um die strategische und operative Gestaltung des Personalwesens kümmern.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Personalentwicklung und -management: Sie werden die Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee-Life-Cycle übernehmen, von der Personalbeschaffung und Auswahl über Marketing und Entwicklung bis hin zum On- und Offboarding.
  • HR-Tagesgeschäft: Das HR-Tagesgeschäft liegt in Ihrer Hand und wird von Ihnen effizient abgewickelt.
  • Arbeitsrechtliche und steuerrechtliche Fragen: Sie werden in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer externen Steuerkanzlei arbeitsrechtliche sowie steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen klären.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat: Eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Administrative Aufgaben: Sie werden sich um administrative Aufgaben kümmern, die im Zusammenhang mit diversen People- und Inhouse-Prozessen anfallen.
  • Event- und Projektmanagement: Sie werden an People-, Culture- und HR-Projekten arbeiten und diese erfolgreich umsetzen.
Voraussetzungen
  • Ausbildung und Erfahrung: Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal bzw. eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterqualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Personalwesen: Eine mehrjährige Erfahrung als Generalist:in im Personalwesen oder in verschiedenen HR-Bereichen zeichnet Sie aus.
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht bringen Sie idealerweise mit.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Der souveräne Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und Erfahrung mit einer Personalsoftware sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Soziale Fähigkeiten: Sie überzeugen durch Konzeptions- und Umsetzungsstärke, ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Selbstorganisation sowie durch Sozialkompetenz und ein verbindliches Auftreten.
