Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing our People function. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalability, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Employee Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, offering guidance and support on policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and professional growth and development.
  • Culture Development: Champion a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and excellence that contributes to a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Manage preparatory payroll and develop benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while supporting the company's financial objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating risks and maintaining a strong ethical foundation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR or People Operations roles, preferably in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-service orientation.
