Job Summary:
HRIT People is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to join their team and lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions. As a key member of the HR technology landscape, you will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized work streams, providing coaching and feedback to team members, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR technology strategies to drive business growth and improve employee experiences.
- Manage the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure successful project delivery and team development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and HR teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HR technology implementation, covering all aspects of the development cycle.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology and integration across the employee life cycle, including SuccessFactors and on-premise ERP HR.
- Experience managing at least 1-2 team members and a desire to manage further.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and stakeholder management.
