Become a Key Player as a People Operations Manager at Gini

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our People & Culture Team (P&C) at Gini. In the role of People Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in refining processes, enhancing employee retention strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. If you are passionate about HR analytics and excel in a dynamic setting, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Your Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Employee Retention

  • Evaluate and enhance HR processes to boost scalability, efficiency, and compliance
  • Utilize HR data to generate insightful reports and formulate retention strategies based on employee feedback
  • Promote the development of a vibrant workplace culture that enhances employee performance

Primary HR Resource & Recruitment Support

  • Serve as the main HR contact for employee inquiries and assist in the hiring process as necessary
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure a positive candidate experience during busy hiring times
Your Profile
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level) is essential
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in Excel and HR analytics tools
  • Capability to align HR strategies with business goals and effectively communicate complex processes
  • Experience in supporting recruitment efforts during peak times
  • Proactive, analytical, and organized work style
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels
