Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen People- und HR Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Niederlassung in München. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams werden Sie sich um die Personalentwicklung und -führung kümmern und dabei unsere Mitarbeiter:innen unterstützen und fördern.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung und Führung der Mitarbeiter:innen in allen personalrelevanten Fragen und Themen
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee-Life-Cycle, von der Personalbeschaffung und Auswahl über Marketing und Entwicklung bis hin zum On- und Offboarding
  • HR-Tagesgeschäft: effiziente Abwicklung von Personalprozessen und -verfahren
  • Arbeitsrechtliche und steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Fragestellungen: Klärung und Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer externen Steuerkanzlei
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat: Kommunikation und Abstimmung von Personalentscheidungen
  • Administrative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit diversen People- und Inhouse-Prozessen
  • Organisation von Firmenfeiern, Ausflügen und kleineren Events
  • Arbeit an People-, Culture- und HR-Projekten: Konzeption und Umsetzung
  • Employer Branding: Gestaltung des Auftritts der Arbeitgebermarke in verschiedenen Medien
Voraussetzungen und Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal bzw. eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Generalist:in im Personalwesen oder in verschiedenen HR-Bereichen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Konzeptions- und Umsetzungsstärke, hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Selbstorganisation, Sozialkompetenz und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und Erfahrung mit einer Personalsoftware
  • Beherrschung moderner IT-Tools und Softwarelösungen zur HR-Prozess-Digitalisierung
  • Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Diskretion und Loyalität
