Manager of Strategic Partnerships EMEAP (m/f/d)
located in Germany.
The EMEAP Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead initiatives to identify, establish, and implement collaborations with external partners, focusing primarily on software integration and service offerings. This role necessitates ongoing evaluation of business development opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential partners, preparing business cases, and compiling necessary internal documentation for partnership approval. Collaborate with senior management, global business development, and legal teams to negotiate comprehensive agreements with partners. Serve as the primary contact for all internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across various departments. Engage with external partners throughout the selection, negotiation, and implementation phases. Develop and execute a sales framework to promote the adoption of existing and new data interface capabilities. Provide consultation to affiliates seeking to establish local partnerships, sharing best practices in contracting and negotiation. Continuously monitor market trends relevant to the diabetes sector, analyzing findings and offering strategic recommendations to leadership.Candidate Profile:
A relevant degree in business, law, IT, or life sciences; an MBA is preferred. Proven experience in business development and negotiation of strategic partnerships is essential. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including data integration projects within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors. Demonstrated success in market entry strategies, product launches, project management, and contract negotiations. Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and JSON formats is advantageous. Knowledge of the healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceutical industries, particularly in the diabetes sector. A strong desire to explore new trends and technologies. Innovative mindset, analytical abilities, and the capacity to build trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences at all organizational levels. Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines and objectives. A commitment to continuous learning and development, with potential for growth into roles with greater responsibilities. Fluency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
