Job Title: Senior Field Application Engineer Manager EMEA

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Field Application Engineer Manager to lead our European team in the automotive, energy, and mobility industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Field Application Engineers to provide technical support and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Global Product Managers, R&D, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the team and improve technical support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver or oversee internal and external technical training programs.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering, with a proven track record of success.
  • Team leadership experience, preferably with remote team management.
  • Power Electronics or semiconductor experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with German language skills highly desirable.
