About the Role

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to lift our solutions to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will develop a business plan and market strategy for the region, identify the most promising opportunities and customers, and work closely together with the back office in a tandem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a business plan and market strategy for the region
  • Identify the most promising opportunities and customers
  • Work closely together with the back office in a tandem
  • Take ownership and independently manage projects in FRAMOS
  • Challenge solutions, ideas, and requirements with a deep understanding of customers' business
  • Maintain data in Salesforce

The role is based in Munich with the opportunity to work remotely anywhere in Germany.

Requirements

You have several years of sales experience with electrical or technical products in a B2B environment. You are curious, energetic, ambitious, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills. You are an empathetic person who enjoys helping customers and colleagues, and you are passionate about new technologies and agile ways of working. You speak native German and English fluently (both at least C1).
