Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of comprehensive and compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of AWS solutions to potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, solutions architects, and subject matter experts, to gather and synthesize relevant information for proposal development.
- Ensure proposals are tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each customer, while adhering to AWS branding and messaging guidelines.
- Manage the proposal development process from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Continuously improve proposal content, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The OPCOE team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) - H13 crafts AWS customer proposals and documents in response to needs for Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Tender (RFT) and Request for Quote (RFQ), collectively defined as RFx. Support is also provided for unsolicited proposals. We partner with Private Pricing, Cloud Intelligence, Cloud Economics, Analyst Relations and other Strategic Teams throughout a pursuit.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- German language skills - reading and writing
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience in finance, business management and sales operations
