As a Brand Consultant, you will engage in all facets of e-commerce across the Pan-European landscape, focusing on cultivating relationships with brands and developing both immediate and long-term strategies aimed at promoting brand expansion and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include acting as a trusted advisor to influence product selection and promotional strategies, continuously tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that brands utilizing AVS receive a customer-centric experience.

Moreover, you will work alongside various stakeholders to implement innovative concepts and processes within Amazon EU, collaborating with teams in Product Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Marketing, paving the way for your professional growth and future career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Services: Leverage extensive data analytics skills to identify opportunities within the EU market, providing recommendations to improve overall business performance by utilizing Amazon programs for sustained advantages.
  • Operational Excellence: Launch initiatives aimed at operational excellence within the EU supply chain, focusing on cost reduction, defect minimization, lead time optimization, and effective stock management at fulfillment centers.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Advise on marketing and advertising strategies, promoting new products, increasing traffic, and improving conversion rates. Organize and manage promotional activities for Amazon events, supporting brands in driving sales, and collaborating on brand weeks with vendors while working closely with Amazon Advertising to explore further marketing avenues.
  • Product Selection & Quality Improvement: Facilitate product selection growth by managing new product launches and enhancing visibility. Identify product gaps, onboard new offerings, accelerate their introduction, and improve the customer experience on Amazon through optimizing detail pages and conducting competitor analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 12 months of post-graduation professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Consulting, Finance, Account Management, or Marketing
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English (minimum C1 level)
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German (minimum C1 level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong business insight and analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in an additional European language (preferably English, French, Italian, or Spanish)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or website content management systems
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage time
