About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Support Team as a Customer Support Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements
