Join Our Team as a Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to contribute to the development of our Wound Care portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new product ideas, developing innovative solutions, and managing projects throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new products in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage and lead projects, including design reviews, technical reviews, and project gate reviews
  • Prepare and present project status at all levels of the company
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, and regulatory affairs
  • Ensure product compliance to all relevant rules and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in natural science/engineering, such as medical technology, polymer science, or chemistry
  • Experience in project collaboration and/or project management
  • Experience in the field of wound care and medical devices
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and associated subject areas
  • Fluent in English and German
