Assistant to the Management Team

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our team, you will support our Executive Director in all operational and organizational tasks:
- You will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
- You will actively support the Executive Director in managing the day-to-day activities, making decisions, and driving business growth.
- You will handle daily correspondence and administration, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and internal communications.
- You will take ownership of special projects and tasks, collaborating with the Executive Director to achieve business objectives.
- You will be responsible for HR-related matters, including benefits and employee development.
- You will engage in strategic relationship-building with suppliers and customers, fostering strong partnerships.
- You will serve as a point of contact for senior management and employees, providing guidance and support.
- You will organize company events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- You will be responsible for process optimization and identifying areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of entrepreneurial success.
- Several years of relevant experience in management, executive assistance, and HR management. Experience in the medical products industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong focus on structure, autonomy, and accountability.
- Financial acumen, with experience in controlling or a related field.
- A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Discretion and loyalty are essential qualities for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow.
