Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Team Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cologne. As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for office organization, supporting our interdisciplinary team, and creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Organization: Manage calendars, maintain office supplies, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Team Support: Assist our management, architecture, construction management, and project development teams with administrative tasks and projects.
  • Electronic Handling: Organize and manage electronic mail, including correspondence with project partners.
  • Report and Presentation Creation: Develop reports and presentations to support our teams and projects.
  • Financial Management: Handle offers, invoices, and coordinate defect management and reminders.
Requirements
  • Commercial Training: Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Industry Experience: Ideally, experience in the real estate industry or assistant area.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a 'Hands-on' mentality.
  • Independent Work Style: Independent and structured way of working.
  • Initiative and Teamwork: Enjoy taking initiative and working across functions.
