About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Güntner GmbH. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and consolidating a customer network in the region, ensuring a long-term profitable business for the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and visit major customers to support and train them
- Prioritize projects and activities to meet customer needs and follow market trends
- Negotiate projects and orders with customers
- Define budgets with Country Managers and communicate results and specific needs on a regular basis
- Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
- Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in sales processes and define action plans to address them
- Identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines with Business Development Managers, R&D, and Product Management
- Visit the headquarters as required for specific activities
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering
- Preferably thermodynamic background
- Knowledge of GPC-Software selection and experience in Sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating systems, or Heat Exchangers
- Good knowledge of the local refrigeration and AC market
- Fluent in Polish is mandatory, and good English is desirable
