About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Güntner GmbH. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and consolidating a customer network in the region, ensuring a long-term profitable business for the company.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and visit major customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Prioritize projects and activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Negotiate projects and orders to drive business growth.
- Define budgets with Country Managers and communicate results and specific needs on a regular basis.
- Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities.
- Assist management in identifying weaknesses and threats in business processes and define action plans to address them.
- Identify and coordinate specific customer needs in product lines with Business Development Managers, R&D, and Product Management.
- Visit the company's headquarters as required for specific activities.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering. You should have a strong background in thermodynamics and experience in sales, preferably as an External Sales professional.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong background in thermodynamics.
- Experience in sales, preferably as an External Sales professional.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating systems, or heat exchangers.
- Good knowledge of the refrigeration and AC market.
- Fluent in Polish is mandatory, and good English is desirable.
