About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Poland. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with major customers, prioritizing projects, and negotiating orders.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Prioritize projects and activities to ensure timely completion
  • Negotiate orders and define budgets with the Country Manager
  • Communicate results and specific needs on a regular basis
  • Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
  • Identify weaknesses and threats in processes and define action plans
  • Coordinate specific customer needs in product lines with Business Development Managers, R&D, and Product Management
  • Visit the headquarter as required for specific activities

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably thermodynamic background
  • Knowledge of GPC-Software selection and experience in Sales
  • Min. 3 years experience in Sales, preferably as External Sales
  • Min. 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating system, or Heat Exchangers
  • Good knowledge of the (local) refrigeration and AC market
  • Fluent in Polish and English
