About Güntner GmbH
Güntner GmbH is a leading manufacturer of refrigeration and air conditioning solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Poland.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support major customers in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry
- Prioritize projects and activities to ensure efficient use of resources
- Negotiate projects and orders with customers and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage budgets with the Country Manager and communicate results and specific needs on a regular basis
- Attend staff meetings to coordinate workflow and priorities
- Identify and address weaknesses and threats in our processes and develop action plans to address them
- Coordinate specific customer needs in product lines with Business Development Managers, R&D, and Product Management
- Visit our headquarters as required for specific activities
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering
- Preferably with a thermodynamic background
- Knowledge of GPC-Software selection and experience in sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably as an external sales representative
- Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, heating systems, or heat exchangers
- Good knowledge of the local refrigeration and AC market
- Fluent in Polish and English
