Job Summary

Bitsight is seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to lead our partner portfolio in DACH, France, and Benelux. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic resellers to expand our channel presence.
  • Channel Territory Planning: Collaborate with field sales counterparts to create and drive a channel territory plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Partner Business Planning: Develop and execute partner business plans for primary focus partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Channel Enablement: Promote partner training, incentive programs, partner portal, deal registration, and other tools to ensure our partners are equipped to succeed.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with Bitsight sales teams and resellers to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive new business.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as pipeline, deal registrations, and revenue to inform business decisions.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between partners and various functions within Bitsight to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Channel Marketing: Coordinate with channel marketing to optimize events, communications, and sales tool leverage to drive channel sales growth.

Requirements

  • Channel Experience: Minimum of 5 years of channel experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Distribution Partner Experience: Must have experience working with distribution partners.
  • Cybersecurity Experience: Required experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of security products and solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized and responsive, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Language Skills: German and English fluency is required, with French fluency a plus.
