**Requirements:**
- **4+ Years of Channel Sales Experience**: Proven track record of success in channel sales, with a strong understanding of the IT channel sales landscape.
- **2+ Years of People Management Experience**: Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- **IT Channel Sales Experience**: Preferred experience in IT channel sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- **Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent**: A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- **Salesforce Experience**: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- **Strong Communication and Organizational Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- **Positive Attitude and Feedback**: A positive attitude, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
