Werkstudent Master Data Management

Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten mit Schwerpunkt Master Data Management (m/w/d) für unser Shared Service Center in Berlin.
Ihre Aufgaben:- Datenänderungen und Massenaktualisierungen in SAP ERP oder S4/HANA durchführen und Aufgaben in der Arbeitswarteschlange abschließen, wie gemäß vereinbarter SLA zugewiesen.
- Regelmäßige Datenbereinigungsaktivitäten initiieren und durchführen, um eine hohe Datenqualität, Compliance und Konsistenz sicherzustellen.
- Standardbetriebsverfahren und Schulungsunterlagen erstellen und pflegen sowie Endbenutzerschulungen durchführen.
- Datenqualitätsprobleme identifizieren, melden und lösen durch Ursachenanalyse.
- Datenverwaltungsmethoden unterstützen und umsetzen, die die Geschäftsinitiativen von KWS unterstützen.
- Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Projekten und Initiativen.
- Unterstützung bei Ad-hoc-Anfragen des Teams im Zusammenhang mit Stammdaten.
- Eingeschrieben in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Supply Chain oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Starkes Interesse an Datenmanagement – erste Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil.
- Beherrschung der MS-Office-Produkte, einschließlich fortgeschrittener Verwendung von MS Excel, Kenntnisse in Power BI sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung mit SAP ist von Vorteil.
- Proaktiv prozessorientierter Teamplayer mit ein Auge für Details und starke zwischenmenschliche, mündliche/schriftliche Kommunikation und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
- Fließendes Englisch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
