About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Director to join our team at dentsu. As a key player in our growing business, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans to grow the DACH region, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Research Project Management: Oversee the execution of research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and effective communication with clients.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, enhancing their client management skills and insight capabilities, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to rejuvenate lapsed clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Market Research Expertise: Leverage commercial market research experience to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients, driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Business Development Experience: Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commercial Market Research Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in commercial market research, with a track record of success.
  • Analytical Mindset: A natural interest and desire to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, translating raw data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to articulate findings in a compelling and engaging manner.
