Position Overview: The Sales Director (Networks) is tasked with identifying new business opportunities and enhancing existing accounts by crafting and executing a sales strategy focused on the growth of the Network Division, which includes OSS, 5G Core, Charging, and Policy Network Services.

This role is designed for a sole contributor who will engage in new business development and cross-selling initiatives, necessitating a presence in Germany or Austria, with proficiency in German being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  2. Relationship Management: Foster positive connections with key decision-makers, executive sponsors, and influencers to enhance the company's market presence.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive network growth and evolution strategies, ensuring accountability for delivering customer-valued network solutions.
  4. Innovative Problem Solving: Employ creativity and innovation to address customer challenges, offering new insights and solutions.
  5. Customer Advocacy: Act as the champion for customers, continuously seeking areas for improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  6. Value Demonstration: Clearly articulate the value of solutions, aligning them with desired customer outcomes.
Qualifications:
  1. Over 10 years of sales experience in Network solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), including Network Software such as PCRF, DPI, OSS, Service Assurance, Orchestration, and 5G slicing.
  2. Established relationships with Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 operators.
  3. Proven success in closing large and complex deals through effective sales strategy development and execution across various markets.
  4. In-depth knowledge and experience in the Telecommunications and networking industry, including BSS, OSS, 4G/5G, and Cloud Services.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal communication, collaboration, and team-building abilities.
  6. Fluency in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in relevant regional languages is a plus.
  7. Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
