Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our IT Security Sales team at Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity GmbH. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT security industry
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights
- Experience working with sales enablement tools and technologies
