Our Business

Our flow sales and trading business provides market-making and targeted liquidity to clients, making extensive use of our e-trading platform to build the Mizuho franchise. We service a wide range of institutional investors across the globe, focusing on client-based activities and developing a sustained and profitable franchise in the EMEA region.

About the Role

  • Work closely with senior members of the team to develop the EMEA franchise and leverage the strength of the entire Mizuho organisation into the region.
  • Develop a portfolio of clients and create a footprint with strong revenues from the allocated client base.
  • Identify key clients and arrange client visits, focusing on developing priority clients.
  • Maintain a balance between high margin and flow products to develop a balanced revenue stream.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in selling rates products to institutional investors.
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines.
  • Fluency in English is a must, in Italian preferably.
  • Client-focused, analytical, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant IT skills.
