About the Role

Contentful is dedicated to understanding our customers' challenges and aspirations. As a Student in User Experience Research (f/m/d), you will collaborate closely with the Research team, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive insights by gathering and evaluating data from various sources;
  • Organize and categorize open-ended responses (handling extensive text submissions);
  • Assist in creating high-quality research documentation and communications;
  • Support Research Operations: Scheduling and coordinating research sessions, managing data cleaning and upkeep (regular updates of user panel participation data, etc.), overseeing materials during interviews (e.g., downloading video recordings from our research platform and uploading them to cloud storage, along with transcripts and notes), etc.;
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams and departments through extensive engagement within the organization.

Qualifications for Success

  • You are currently in your 2nd or 3rd year of undergraduate studies in Berlin or within commuting distance in Germany;
  • You have a passion for storytelling through data and aim to create engaging messages;
  • Basic statistical knowledge and proficiency with Spreadsheets;
  • Familiarity with GSuite (particularly Google Spreadsheets), experience with additional software tools is advantageous;
  • You are a fast learner who enjoys systematic and detail-oriented tasks;
  • You are comfortable interacting with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders to gather necessary information;
  • You are tech-savvy and eager to learn.
