We are seeking a Lead User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team at AVIV Group. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and executing comprehensive research initiatives that focus on understanding the needs and behaviors of users in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement all stages of research projects, emphasizing qualitative methodologies to gain insights from users interested in real estate transactions.
- Select and apply appropriate research techniques to address foundational, strategic, or tactical inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strategic frameworks that enhance our understanding of user behavior, ensuring they are regularly updated with fresh insights.
- Establish, manage, and refine tools to measure user experience key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide education and support to product design teams in conducting their own research activities.
- Engage with various stakeholders to promote a user-centric perspective and assist in clarifying complex problem areas.
- Facilitate internal workshops to consolidate existing knowledge and stimulate innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure that research insights are effectively integrated into the product development roadmap.
- Work closely with product designers and managers to identify and pursue impactful research opportunities.
- Adapt research processes and methodologies to accommodate diverse cross-functional teams.
- Integrate findings from previous studies, analytics, and customer feedback with your research efforts.
- Coordinate with international research colleagues to lead and execute studies across different countries.
- Conduct on-site surveys to complement and quantify qualitative findings.
- Encourage teams to prioritize user needs in their decision-making processes.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of research insights to the product team and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX research, preferably in collaboration with UX/product designers and product managers.
- Fluency in French, with the ability to conduct qualitative research techniques such as user interviews and focus groups, and analyze user feedback with a high level of comprehension.
- A curious mindset, with a strong desire to understand user behavior and challenge existing assumptions.
- Exceptional empathy and collaboration skills, along with strong communication abilities.
- Comfortable navigating a complex, international environment while managing multiple research topics.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable research questions.
- Experience in developing customer journey maps and familiarity with the jobs-to-be-done framework.
- Proficient in English, capable of conducting daily work and communicating research findings effectively.
- Experience with marketplace platforms is advantageous.
