About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our User and Product Insights (UPI) team at SAP Signavio. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our product development process by conducting user research, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support experienced team members in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Assist in analyzing research findings to uncover user trends and pain points.
  • Collaborate with strategic designers and UX teams on various tasks, learning valuable skills and insights from experienced professionals.
  • Maintain records of research activities and assist in crafting clear reports.
  • Embrace a continuous learning journey and benefit from mentorship and practical experience.

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study: Psychology, Design, UX, Media Science, Innovation.
  • Passion for user research and understanding user behavior.
  • Strong interest in UX/UI principles, research methods, and techniques.
  • Portfolio demonstrating research skills and approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-solving attitude and basic familiarity with software tools used in research and data analysis.

The UPI team is a vital part of SAP Signavio, serving as the central hub for user research and product insights. Our mission is to empower product and engineering teams with strategic guidance, enabling informed decision-making for product strategy, development, and innovation.
