Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in User Research Initiatives: Assist senior colleagues in executing interviews, surveys, and usability tests to learn effective research methodologies.
  • Develop Skills Gradually: Take on increasingly complex tasks as you gain experience, ultimately leading research projects independently.
  • Support Data Analysis Efforts: Aid in the examination of research results to uncover user patterns and challenges, initially under the mentorship of experienced staff.
  • Collaborate on Design Projects: Work with seasoned designers and UX teams on various projects, acquiring essential skills and insights.
  • Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Document research activities and assist in crafting clear reports with guidance from your mentor.
  • Engage in Continuous Learning: Embrace opportunities for ongoing education and benefit from hands-on mentorship experiences.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in areas such as Psychology, Design, UX, Media Studies, or Innovation.
  • Genuine Interest in User Research: A strong desire to understand user behavior and contribute to user-focused design.
  • Affinity for UX/UI: A solid interest in UX/UI principles, research methods, and techniques.
  • Portfolio of Work: Showcase your research capabilities and problem-solving skills through previous projects.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate successfully with the team.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to research data collection and analysis.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit for working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: An initiative-driven mindset for addressing challenges and exploring new opportunities.
  • Technical Curiosity: A basic understanding of software tools used in research and data analysis is advantageous.
