Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung im zentralen Labor suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n

Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Durchführung umfassender Prüfungen der Rohstoffeingangskontrolle für mineralische und chemische Materialien, Überprüfung der Begleitdokumente und gegebenenfalls Initiierung einer erneuten Probenahme.
  • Gewährleistung der konstanten Qualität unserer Produkte durch Überprüfung technischer Werte und Abgleich mit internen Qualitätsstandards sowie Spezifikationen. Die Datenpflege erfolgt gemäß den Normen DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 und 14001:2015.
  • Unterstützung der Leitung der Qualitätssicherung bei der Aufbereitung von Messdaten für externe Überwachungen.
  • Messtechnische Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte sowie der Optimierung bestehender Produkte, einschließlich der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rücksendungen.
  • Herstellung von Prüfkörpern für bauphysikalische Analysen und Unterstützung bei der Auswertung, Beurteilung und Dokumentation der Versuche.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Baustoffprüfer, Chemielaborant oder in einem verwandten Berufsfeld.
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Technisches Verständnis und fundierte Produktkenntnisse.
  • Wünschenswert sind EDV-Kenntnisse, einschließlich SAP.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
