Technical Operations Specialist Position - SCHERDEL

About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team at SCHERDEL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to our production team, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with equipment and processes.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that production team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure that technical operations are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Education: Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent with experience in industrialization.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of manual processing techniques, such as welding, soldering, and bending.
• Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with high flexibility and responsibility.
• Language Skills: Good knowledge of English is desirable, with the ability to travel internationally.
