We're seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition Manager to expand our B2B client base and introduce immersive solutions to new industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive B2B growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine market positioning.
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customers.
  • Monitor and optimize performance using analytics tools to maximize ROI.
  • Manage acquisition budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Provide regular acquisition performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools to expand customer reach and engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align acquisition initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in events, media, or tech sectors.
  • Proven success in lead generation and customer acquisition in previous roles.
  • Fluent in German and English (ideally at a native level); additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, etc. are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
