B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a proactive Customer Acquisition Manager to expand our B2B client base and introduce immersive solutions to new industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive B2B growth.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and refine market positioning.
- Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach new customers.
- Monitor and optimize performance using analytics tools to maximize ROI.
- Manage acquisition budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Provide regular acquisition performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Leverage digital marketing tools to expand customer reach and engagement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align acquisition initiatives with business objectives.
- 4+ years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in events, media, or tech sectors.
- Proven success in lead generation and customer acquisition in previous roles.
- Fluent in German and English (ideally at a native level); additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, etc. are a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
