About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DSP Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, you will play a critical role in recruiting and onboarding new DSPs to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new DSPs, working closely with Business Development Managers to identify and vet potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external DSP candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Utilize software tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new DSPs into our system.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruiting or candidate-facing roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using Salesforce a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional language proficiency a plus.
