Join Amazon TA as a DSP Acquisition Specialist

As a DSP Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a vital role in managing recruiting and onboarding activities, from application vetting to final interview management. You'll support entrepreneurs in creating their new company and navigating our onboarding process.

As a key partner in our recruiting and onboarding organization, you'll build trusting relationships with external DSP candidates, identifying qualified candidates and guiding them through the recruiting and onboarding funnel. You'll leverage software tools like Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and meet quality and deadline targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting and onboarding activities, including application vetting and final interview management
  • Support entrepreneurs in creating their new company and navigating our onboarding process
  • Build trusting relationships with external DSP candidates and guide them through the recruiting and onboarding funnel
  • Leverage software tools like Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to deliver exceptional candidate experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and verbal communication)
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • French, Spanish, Dutch, or Italian
  • Competency in Salesforce
