About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our team at Viva. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Acquire New Customers: Utilize digital channels to identify, prospect, and onboard new customers in the e-commerce industry.
  • Drive Profitable Revenue: Recognize opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted markets, utilizing professional online tools and strategies.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, turning them into ambassadors for our brand.
  • Support Client Adoption: Support clients in identifying, navigating, and overcoming technical or systemic complexities to drive the adoption of new e-commerce payment technology.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Manage end-to-end the e-commerce sales cycle, providing feedback, analysis, and after-sales support where necessary.
  • Meet Project Goals: Ensure that project goals are met and adhere to approved budget.
  • Contribute to E-Commerce Strategy: Participate actively in developing our e-commerce activities and strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Become a subject matter expert on all aspects of online payments, e-commerce ecosystem, and emerging mobile and digital payment technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B digital or e-commerce sales, ideally within the payments sector.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of delivering high-value e-commerce sales.
  • Market Knowledge: Outstanding knowledge of the SME and/or large enterprises market.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Language Skills: Excellent use of the German and English languages.
