We are in search of a seasoned E-Commerce Project Manager to spearhead the growth of our clients' online ventures. This role involves managing e-commerce initiatives for our clients while collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

- Profound expertise and practical experience with Magento and Shopify;

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;

- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions;

- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools;

- Experience in facilitating workshops;

- Proficiency in German at an advanced level;

- Desirable: Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Core Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Work alongside clients to grasp their business objectives, e-commerce needs, and target demographics. Offer expert guidance and strategic recommendations on e-commerce approaches, platforms, and solutions;

- Platform Proficiency: Leverage your knowledge of Magento and Shopify to design and execute e-commerce solutions that meet client specifications;

- Collaborative Efforts;

- Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate e-commerce performance indicators, including conversion rates, traffic origins, and sales figures. Utilize insights to pinpoint optimization opportunities, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth;

- Client Education and Assistance: Deliver training and ongoing support to clients regarding e-commerce platform utilization, best practices, and maintenance. Act as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize their e-commerce investments.
