About Viva

Viva is a leading e-commerce services provider expanding its team to drive sales growth in the digital payments sector. As an E-Commerce Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and driving revenue in targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new e-commerce businesses through digital channels, leveraging professional online tools to drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Recognize opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted markets, utilizing market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, turning them into brand ambassadors and driving long-term sales growth.
  • Technical Support: Support clients in navigating technical complexities and overcoming systemic barriers to drive the adoption of new e-commerce payment technology.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, providing feedback, analysis, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Project Management: Ensure project goals are met and adhere to approved budgets, demonstrating strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic Development: Participate actively in developing e-commerce strategies and activities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B digital or e-commerce sales, ideally within the payments sector.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of delivering high-value e-commerce sales, with a strong understanding of the SME and/or large enterprises market.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Language: Excellent use of the German and English languages.
